Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The customer must have established an account but not downloaded the content that refund is requested for.
- If the customer downloads the content, the purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Downloaded digital content – Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be refunded.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
- Any other downloadable software or content provided through Wara2y.com.
Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
As digital products are intangible, we do not offer exchanges. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at support@wara2y.com for assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or discounted purchases are non-refundable.
Gifts
If your purchase was marked as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser. No store credits or alternative forms of refunds will be provided.
